Upper School Snack Depot - May 25-27
4 grades...450+ exam-starved teens!
Last year, thanks to your help, we served nearly 300 breakfast tacos, 300 donuts, 100 bagels and lots of fruit!
That's a whole lotta snackin' and socializin' = stress relief for our kids!
Please help by:
- donating food or volunteering to work the Snack Depot by simply signing up on our Volunteer Spot calendar--it's the easiest sign-up ever! or
- donating cash ($5-10) to help us purchase enough tacos, donuts and bagels for all.
3 ways to deliver a cash/check donation:
1. Hand to volunteers working morning drop off in front of Clayton Gym between 7:15 and 8:15.
2. Take it in an envelope marked "US Snack Depot" to Kathi Murphy in Brewster Hall.
3. Mail it to PA Treasurer Cheryl Simons at SSES, 6500 St. Stephens Drive, Austin TX 78746.

Calling all Snack-a-holics!
Dig deep and find your inner snack core--
We need your goodies!
7th GRADE PARENTS: Please let Sandy Rogge know if you are willing to donate yummy fruit for your exam-taking children Friday May 21, Saturday May 22, Monday May 24 and/or Tuesday May 25. Drop off will be at the Clayton Gym circle during your morning commute.
8th GRADE PARENTS: Please let Susy Silberman know if you are willing to donate yummy chips, Chex mix or granola bars for your exam-taking children Friday May 21, Saturday May 22, Monday May 24 and/or Tuesday May 25. Drop off will be at the Clayton Gym circle during your morning commute.
►Cash donations ($5-$10) are always welcome and go to purchase breakfast tacos, bagels & cream cheese and Chik-Fil-A mini-nugget biscuits. We'll be collecting money donation the day before exams (Thurs., May 20) and on exam days as you drop off your kiddos in the morning. Just look for our friendly faces and the big bucket (plus there will be signage!).
